LOCATION

This agricultural land is mostly sandy loam soil with clay loam mixed in intermittently. The grass is mostly coastal Bermuda with other native grasses making it perfect for cattle. There are several densely wooded wet-weather ravines surrounded by large live oaks, pecans, mesquites, and elms.
