However, if a Buyer wants more planted pine, he/she could easily burn the existing regeneration and re-plant. The road into this property goes a short distance through a forested 27-acre adjoining parcel on the north side close to the entrance. A legal easement exists to use this road. The remaining road is industrial strength, with properly constructed water bars and turnouts and enough gravel for all-weather operability.
