Location: Goliad County. West side of the property is bounded by Ed Pettus Lane and on the North by FM 884. The north access is over a mile of FM 884 access and there are three gates on the property.

Vegetation: The ranch is covered in live oaks, post oaks, native brush including scrub oaks, yaupon, with many others.

Minerals: The seller does not own them.

Hunting: This is a fantastic combination hunting ranch with an abundance of whitetail deer, turkey, hogs, doves, some quail but few. Several deer in the 140 to the mid 150 range have been killed on this ranch. There are coyotes and bob cats as well.

Water: Cabeza Creek runs through this property. There are 3 water well locations on the ranch, one is in operation with solar panels, the other two could easily be put into service as well. There are a couple of spots that would be great for water holes for wildlife, cattle or dove hunting.
