Property Summary:

Lakeside Ranch is located in Stephens County, OK near the community of Bray. Access to the property is gained via a paved county road on the north boundary. A ranch road winds through the property for approximately 3/4 of a mile down to the cabin by the lake along with a 30x40 metal storage building. The cabin is a quaint getaway overlooking the north end of the lake. The 1260+/- sqft cabin was constructed in 2009 with 2 bedrooms, 1 full bath and my favorite a 10x 42 screened in porch overlooking the lake. The timber between the cabin and the lake has been thinned out leaving the mature hardwoods creating a beautiful and scenic bottom. Due to the location of this property the duck hunting can be down right ridiculous because its positioned in the middle of 3 different city lakes all within 5 miles. Ducks and geese roost on the city lakes and come out to loaf on the surrounding ponds and watersheds like this one during the day. The north end of the lake along with the creeks that feed the lake are on this property and those areas are great shelter for the ducks during those stout northwest winds. The upper end of the lake also produces all kinds or bank or edge to fish for bass, crappie, catfish and perch. 4 wheeler trails through out the property make it easy to access when going to a deer stand or looking for a big boar. A 13+/- ac food plot near the center of the property is quite the hot spot for activity in the early mornings and late evenings. Several small food plots have also been cleared in the timber and make perfect bow hunting locations. Let me just say property with access to water like this one don't come up for sale very often and when they do, usually they don't last very long.
