DESCRIPTION

This farm is located in a highly sought after area for farm land. The property is located approximately 2 miles south of Hwy 97 on County Road #137 and along with County Road #139 runs along as the north boundary of the farm. The property has paved access from F.M. 2505 to the east end of the farm. The farm has older fencing along the south border and no fencing along the north boundary. The property has a couple creeks that cross the property. Across the east end is an unnamed draw and along the west end is Borrego Creek.
