Arcola, MS - Washington County

This is an excellent Duck Hunting Tract. There are two water impoundments plus a 12 acre deep water pond with good fishing. There are 2 pit blinds on the property for Duck Hunting. This tract has a corn crop history.

Access is great on a county maintained gravel road. From U.S. Highway 82 go south 9 miles on State Highway 61. Take right (west) on County Road 438 in Arcola. Go 3 miles to Phinisee Road and turn left (south) and go .2 miles and the tract is on the left. Look for signs.
