The pump house is in the brick building in the back yard of the main house. A 2-hour well flow test in November of 2015 indicated an 8pgm flow at 45psi. Upon researching, we were unable to find any Oregon State Well Log.

Creek:

The year round picturesque, Deer Creek, runs through the property and is accessible for creek fun and viewing the occasional Blue Heron. Sellers haven't tried to fish in the creek but they've seen Blue Heron with some catches. The water is generally higher in the winter time.

Irrigation:

Watering system for the outdoor area, holding tank and pump. Frost free spigots to all the turn outs.

Septic:

There are two septic systems. The barn septic is located to the right of the main entrance to the arena barn and the drain field goes into the grass. The house septic is on the right side of the house and the drain field runs into the grassy area to the right of the driveway.
