Soil/Plant Habitat: The soil is a mix of loamy soil and a loamy clay mix. Trees are Live Oak, Mesquite, Hackberry, Huisache and other native trees. Grasses are mostly native with some improved with Tifften 85.

Wildlife: White Tail Deer, feral hogs, wild turkey, quail, dove, bob-cat and other native varmints. There are no hunting blinds on the property and none were noted on the neighboring tracts. There are no high fences.

Utilities: This tract has a wind mill with a water well. Electricity is available.

Minerals: This is a surface estate only. There is no existing prodction on the property. The property is not known to be in an active oil or gas field or uranium zone.
