Skid blind in ag field for lease near the Mississippi River in southeast Chicot Co, AR

Heres an opportunity to lease a duck blind in a flooded ag field in south Arkansas. The skid blind is situated in a 65+ acre field just west of Otter Bayou and the MS river levee near Eudora, AR. The blind can be moved with an ATV so you can situate it exactly as you want. It will handle 3-4 people comfortably & safely.

The MS flyway speaks for itself. This blinds location near Otter Bayou a renowned duck hole in itself and flooded ag fields and timber to the north, south and southwest gives it the potential for some exciting mornings!

The lease will include water and ATV access along a turn-row. The 50+ acre field will be set for flooding as soon as the bean crop is harvested. The field will flood up to around 30+/- acres. Water will be maintained at sufficient depth. You will brush the blind to your liking.

A spot for a travel trailer is available nearby. It has water and electricity hook-ups. It can be rented from the owner for $500 for the fall/winter season. See location of camp on map.

Location: Approx. 3.3 miles east of Hwy 65 along Shuler road and northeast of Eudora, AR.

Terms: $11,000 for the 2015-16 waterfowl season payable in full by August 31, 2015. Lessee will brush blind. Lessee will be responsible for parking at designated area and using ATV for access as not to destroy roads in wet weather. Lessee will provide liability coverage for the period of the lease naming the landowner and RecLand Realty as additional insured.
