The farm consists of mostly open ground with 2 ponds, waters behind the ponds, creek, and small patch of timber. Farm would be a good piece of pasture ground.

It could also be a nice hunting tract with all the timber running into the farm from the west to the big tillable fields to the east would make for great deer movement. If you cropped the large ridge top it would greatly improve the hunting.
