TRACT l: Home and Improvements The South half of the SW Quarter of the NE Quarter of Section 9, T1N, R6E of the 3rd PM, Wayne Co., IL containing 20 acres more or less.

This acreage is improved with a 1 story frame constructed home with basement containing approx. 1900 square feet of living space. The main level of the home has living room, dining room, kitchen with eat in area, 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths, large utility room with lots of cabinets, double sink, shower along with washer and dryer hookups. The kitchen has good cabinet space, tile walls and ceilings, gas cooking range, and built in dish washer. This acreage is located approx. one mile NE of the above described Tract 1 and has one quarter mile township road frontage on its eastern border and one quarter township road frontage on its northern border. It presently has 26.16 tillable acres with an additional 2.1 acres in CRP and approx. 9.4 acres in filter strips. The balance of the acres is a wooded draw running from the NW to the E. and on the northern side of the property is a hedge fence row.

TRACT 3: 38 acres more or less described as the SW of the NW less and excepting the following 2 acres, beginning 571 feet North of the SW corner of the SW Quarter of the NE Quarter, running thence East 350 feet, thence North 249 feet, thence West 350 feet, thence South 249 feet to the point of beginning all being in Sec. 10, T1N, R6E of the 3rd PM, Wayne Co., IL

This 38 acres if located diamond corner to the SE of the above described Tract 2. It has one quarter mile township road frontage on its western border and is a square 40 acres with 2 acres previously sold off that has a home.
