This 997-acre ranch with minerals is a rare find in this part of the country because of its size. The ranch is located just 3 miles East of Poth, Texas on FM 541. It has approximately 1.25 miles of road frontage on FM 541. 75% of the ranch is open grass country, mostly coastal and each year it is over seeded with oats for the winter.
